An angry person, in order to live in this world, is forced to either fight, flee, withdraw, or control.
( ANGER ) When a drunk admits they are an alcoholic, they stop drinking one day at a time. A drunk who won't admit they are a alcoholic will keep on drinking. Angry people who admit their anger, can stop being angry one day at a time. An angry person who denies their anger will never stop being an angry person.
All thoughts that come from a low state of functioning, keep you in a low state of functioning.
Being in a high state of awareness allows us to make positive choices, not to argue, confront, fight, or always having to be right.
The greatest gift GOD gave to man was to choose his mental attitude.
Our mind is the only means by which we may plan our life and live it as we choose.
