There are several forms of distressed properties.
The first type of property we will discuss is the physical distressed.
This property is a real project, in need of total rehab.
Where do you start.
I like to start with the front of house. The first thing we will do is clean up the yard, mow the lawn, trim the trees and hedges, repair the fence, plant some trees, or flowers.
We will repair the sidewalk, the windows, shutters, etc. and then we will paint the exterior.
Before we do any repairs on the interior we will make the roof sound.
